Congratulations to David Sun and Alexander Suponya – winners of the 2018 New Jersey Music Teachers Fall Competitions! As a result, both David and Alexander performed at the annual NJMTA conference in November, 2018 at the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey.

David Sun, 11 – 1st place in the State of New Jersey, winner of the 2018 New Jersey Music Teachers Association Young Musicians Competition.
Alexander Suponya, 16 – Winner of the NJMTA Advanced Master Class Competition.

Congratulations to the winners of this year Westminster Conservatory Scholarship Competition

On January 27,  Alexander Suponya, 15, performed for a master class with Simone Dinnerstein in Bristol Chapel on the campus of Westminster Choir College in Princeton. The master class was part of the Princeton Symphony Orchestra’s  Bravo! series, developed in partnership with Westminster Conservatory of Music. Alexander became one of four students in the state selected through a competitive audition for the master class participation. He performed Enrique Granados “Quejas, o la Maja y el Ruisenor” from “Goyescas”. The performance and the master class was streamed live worldwide.

Leda Wang, 16 becomes a 2d place winner in the state of New Jersey  in the annual Young Musician Competition organized by the New Jersey Music Teachers Association.

Evan Lin, 11 becomes a recipient of  Honorable Mention.

It is a great honor for me to become a recipient of  the Distinguished Pedagogy Award. The award was presented by the International Music and Arts Society at Carnegie Hall, Zankel Hall in New York on April 22.

Evan Lin, 10 becomes a 1st place winner at the Steinway Society of greater Princeton piano competition.
Tianyi Chen receives Honorable Mention award.  As e result, both Evan and Tianyi were recorded for WWFM radio station broadcast. Evan performed at the winners musicale on April 30th.

Congratulations to the winners of this year International Music and Arts Society Talented Young Musician Competition!
The winners performed in New York at Carnegie Hall (Zankel Hall) on April 22,  at Lincoln Center Frederick P. Rose Hall on May 6, and Carnegie Hall (Weill Recital Hall) on April 29.
